so fucking grateful April is willing to share her experience and let people see how shes evolved over time. such a huge inspiration for me and im so glad i have people to listen to who make me feel like im safe, or accepted, or at least not alone. also i would absolutely die for an Underscores-Brakence collab

I just discovered her I’m old so it’s not as easy to find great Artist like myself if I’m considered great, but she or someone sent me one of her songs on sound cloud on my page, not sure if it was her that sent it. It’s a strange way to discover someone by them discovering you and liking it and being impressed and inspired.
This sent me down the most fucked Monstercat rabbit hole. Fantastic interview.

I really appreciate April’s respect for our personal interpretations of her art! I live in NorCal and spent a lot of time in the gold country region as well as Reno, Nevada around the time Wallsocket rolled out and so I spent a lot of time in those places listening to Wallsocket in my car surrounded by golden hills, rocky red mountains and dramatic sunsets. I now conjure this scenery vividly every time I listen to the album as well as all the fond memories I hold of that region. Thank you, April, for making such a beautiful album!

Yes I’m amazed by this young Prodigy she does it all like myself I produce , sing and write to , so I can relate if I was to colab I’m probably the oldest I’m 60 and I’m still learning. Started by guitar then into recording arts who started recording myself in the 90’s
