@@ValkyrieVallhala most of my good lines were found in free roam (lv92~100 boss chests) In asia server you dont even need to attack the bosses, just follow the other people there and collect loot. Average 3~5purples/5mins EDIT: Most of them leave after 1 rotation/5 bosses, so just end quest and requeue. Its much faster than staying on.

@@prace2k it's 100% chance.. it reduces a random skill on cooldown by 3% per crit guaranteed note that i typed 'random skill on cooldown'. this means if you dont use your other skills, all those 3% cuts are going to funnel into that 1 skill so it doesnt matter if my skill is 30sec or 80sec, i just need 34 crits to fully get it back again instantly

its mostly up to rng during boss raids or aid requests, i would recommend crafting 100 daily accessories to increase those chances as well
