    Don't know how this country became more about protecting people that are not citizens than not helping its own, I guess the quote "to help others, you must first help yourself" is completely useless, homelessness, drugs, crime, poverty stricken neighborhoods, etc.. I get that they want a better life but so do the legal citizens.

      Yeah but you didn't cross the border illegally, get a fake SSN, work under the table and be a drain on the system. Illegals in all forms, are.
      And DACA was ended, so deal with it

    • @trickq5883
      @trickq5883 7 лет назад +8

      DACA has not ended. It's in the hands of Congress. However, Paul Ryan already said Congress should handle it. They support DACA. What happened today was Trump throwing red meat to his base. He has going to use DACA as a bargaining chip for the border wall. Kiss that goodbye. There are several peices of legislations being introduced. I am sure Trump and the neo nazis in his administration will jump at this chance to ask for wall money, but it's fine if Trump doesn't sign a bill that doesn't include wall money. Congress can take over and there you go. Trump can take credit for something he didn't do. Again.

      Congress will not approve a new DACA. The can not agree on anything. It is going to congress to die. Every congressman knows if he votes for a new DACA he will not be re-elected.

      Ese Poyo I don't have problems with people who believe in progress and assimilating into the country as an American. My problem is the country and politicians not helping its citizens but rather lending more help to those who are not citizens.

    In japan we don't have any of this we don't have a lot of immigration we're homogeneous and have great pride in our identity we reject 99% of refugees & immigrants. If we become diverse it'll be the end of our great civilization & culture. Refugees cannot work, don't have health care & cannot leave their prefecture with permission from the government. Japan can deport any of them at any time & we have detention centers with tiny rooms that can house 6-7 people. There is a case going on about a young man who's family fled from religious persecution in India he was born raised speaks Japanese & considers Japan his home but the government does not recognize him the only way he can get citizenship is if his family leaves the country.

      @Red X THAT'S what I'm missing, as an American. Any sort of REAL culture (I hope you take no offense in me saying I learned to eat with chopsticks as sort of a way to assimilate SOME culture). I mean there was the cowboy era, now gone. I can't say that fit me. My generation was the "metalhead" era, 80s/90s. I LOVED it, as it called truth to power, many times. One of my faves (to keep it VERY light) is Dada - Dizz Knee Land. It's not exactly metal, but I wanted to list that song, specifically, because it has DEEP political ramifications, if you really LISTEN to it from our perspective. Back then, we felt freedom of speech WAS A GIFT, and we'd USE it to parody even corporate Juggernauts like Disney (they spelled it Dizz Knee to avoid lawsuits).
      And as more and more people flooded in from Mexico, music has turned JUST HIDEOUS, imo. I just don't hear ANY real pattern in it.
      I must say, I wish we had YOUR laws. Very wise to protect your culture. Unlike us foolish Americans.

      RA, then you need to deport all Mexicans, Guatemalans, Brazilians, Chileans, and every other Central and Southern American too. Those nations were founded by the European nations of Spain and Portugal. Why do you think the people of those lands speak Spanish and Portuguese? So if you're deporting people back to Europe, you need to remove everyone from Canada, America, Mexico, and every other nation of the Americas.

      rstone7727 Then look more carefully. If the people that crossed the line had a family with children that were starving I would gladly let them pass in front, and wait! If they didn't have money. I would happily pay for them. The real question is. Would you?

      nj13 nj13 My parents happen to be undocumented and the have over 4 jobs to pay for us. Fortunately I'm documented since I was born here. I just don't agree. You speak as if you know what's happened to them. The only law my parents ever broke was coming here for me and my siblings. I agree they shouldn't have done it, and I'm working hard to be a doctor and have them return to their nation. No matter what all you say. They did this for me, their children. Not for them. They are great parents and contribute to this country. When I said "starving". It was metaphoric meaning no money and no where to turn. I would happily help a family with no where to go. Please don't act like you understand all of their situations.

There's 800,000 DACA recipients who also give hundreds and thousands to the U.S. Think of all that money the U.S. will lose.

Why make some follow the law and not others?

If all of Trump's bullshit about job growth over the past 8 months is true, then there is no shortage of jobs. Being a teacher isn't like a being a construction worker. She needed something higher than a highschool education to get to be a teacher. How many years do you have to college before you qualify for such a position? DACA recipients don't qualify for any kind of government assistance. Anyways, you wouldn't know one if you saw one. People aren't exactly walking around with "I am a recipient of DACA" stamped on their forehead."

      Being a Christian is neutral in the U.S. because the U.S. was built as a Christian nation, even though, the devil has had his way many times. Our founding fathers, in the 1780s, approved of the Holy Bible to be taught in America's schools, and it was that way until about 1960, when Satan's hoards (i.e. ACLU, atheists, etc.) got their way, and kicked God out of the public schools. God has been judging the U.S. ever since, as the swamp has been festering for decades.

They were brought over by their parents, so if you should be blaming anyone it's the parents, and they had to grow up and become productive members of society like everyone else. I don't see the problem in a DACA citizen, who was brought here by no fault of her own teaching kids, and being a productive member of society.

    • @busorenkin8
      @busorenkin8 7 лет назад +4

      DACA has only been around for 5 years. How is it she was brought here when she looks nearly 30? She couldn't have been a child and brought against her will and the argument of "don't blame the kids", fine but you know what happens in America when parents break the laws? The kids get taken away. So sure, the kids can stay, but the parents get deported.
      The parents shouldn't be allowed to flout US law simply because they are trying to use a loophole

    If I was invited to spend the weekend in someone's home, I'm not going to overstay my welcome. I DEFINITELY wouldn't start complaining and crying when the ask me to leave. Never would I allow it to escalate to the point of them having to make special arrangements for me to leave. These people are not the kind we need. They were children without choice. The lack of choice is what's important to keep in mind here because it was the last thing these child arrivers had. It's probably easy to look at these adults, disregarding the American life they shared with you and witnessing them defy the negative stereotypes placed on them, and lack empathy. These children, who are raised American by default, will never be the "aliens" you and others so conveniently want them to be. Reality serves us an undeniable truth whether we like it or not. If there's any chaos among humans, it's because we have forgotten that we belong to each other. And breaking up families and blaming innocent children who are now everyday, society/economy contributing adults, for a life that was beyond their control is inhumane. Human to human, I know many of you understand this, at least deep down. And if you're a Christian (disregard this part if you're not), God is welcoming to all His children and left us with no racial or ethnic requirement in the Bible on which one of His children can flourish by His grace and mercy. Shouldn't we aim to be more like the Almighty? Especially over our selfish desires. Hopefully, more hardened hearts will be awaken. Best regards.

All this illegal immigrants affects the American poor they have little now a ten year old kid just shows up, the school budgets didn't plan for it. EVEN AS "GOOD" AS I HAD IT, my life was STILL bottom of the barrel, because MY voice & dream was given to THEM on a silver platter. And so, KNOWING THIS, I DIDN'T BECOME A PAPA. I used my fucking head, unlike those assholes popping out their babies they should have considered having BEFORE mommy & daddy put a bun in the oven, so to speak. You DON'T accidentally become fucking pregnant.
      And NOW, they're EXPECTING ME to pay for their child, when *I* was intelligent enough to not have kids, knowing my situation DIDN'T look good. AND, as I freely admitted, still a better life than theirs.

I am sure there is a teacher who is a real US citizen who trained and educated themselves in college to become a teacher who now didn't get that teaching job filled by a "Dreamer". I came to the US on a Tourist visa from Mexico at age 17 sponsored by my Brother a legal US citizeresident and his wife a US citizen. After renewing my visa twice, I tried to convert my tourist visa to a student visa. The San Francisco consulate rejected my request ordering me to leave the country and to apply for student visa outside the US. I gathered all my documents I left the country as requested per US consul, I presented myself at the border consulate accompanied by my Sister in law a U S citizen. I had to present proof of financial solvency through my Sister in law and my Brother's tax documents and proof of work. The border US consulate at that time reviewed my documents everything was in order but he gave me a hard time stating no student visa, he told my Sister in law you want her to work for you. My Sister in law was frustrated started to cry and said no, we want to support her to pursue an education because she has good grades which I did. The US consul looked at me very sternly I was very relaxed and quiet, he did not ask me a single question, he then grabbed my documents and signed them. I became a foreign Student under 1-20 form, I renewed my visa every year, I paid for foreign student tuition in college and graduated with a 4.0 GPA and became a Registered Nurse. Because of my profession I then applied for legal residency, I did all the paperwork myself, I was approved, then some years late, I applied for citizenship I again did all the paper work myself through the mail, my interview went with flying colors. I'm glad that I took a brave, chance left the country confronted the consul and was willing to live with a rejection or acceptance. Today I'm a retired, prosperous Registered Nurse. I feel bad for this people. But you are taking a chance when you entered illegally, and are never willing to confront your situation just because a consul might reject you, so you just push your way in. I understand that the US can accept a quota of immigrants, but is unrealistic to accept a mass of uncontrolled, undocumented immigrants, some are going to end up turned away.The whole world wants to come to the US, just pushing your way in always is going to have consequences a lot of people are going to end up disappointed. Thank God that I was courageous to take a chance and I did it the right way, I worked incredibly hard and it paid off. Mexico and its citizens do not support illegal emigration and should not make to pay for a wall that people from all over the world use as a jumping board to the US. Mexico is prepared to accept any returning young Adults and children into their school system. Education is the path to success no matter what country you come from.

Well, it's not the burden those poorly educated have made it out to be. In fact, there is not a single person yet that fully understands the program has said how DACA has negatively effected or could effect them. How does a person whose abiding by the rules of a program that allow people to go to school and work lawfully interupt the life of someone else? I by no means support illegal immigration. I'm guessing the parents had good reasons, but they went about things the wrong way. It's difficult to sympathize there. As for the children, no little kid asked to be brought along for the ride. Children should not be punished for the sins of their parents.

    Why does shutting down DACA have to be played out to be such a negative move? I can actually see a positive outlook to this decision to abide by the law of the land, regarding immigration.
    How about If those so called "dreamers" who are well educated & very skilled in their professions, who get sent back to the country of their parents origins, take those skills and use them for positive purposes and make their original countries better by the fact that those young people bring back their skills to improve and benefit those cultures by what the "western" culture taught them. Be positive and benefit others by the skills they have gained.

      What's sad is useful idiots refusing to lay blame where it belongs, upon uniparty politicians fronting for corporate gubmint seeking to overthrow America.
      What's sad is that dreamers were utilized as political cannon fodder.
      The left failed to take over America and now dreamers are in limbo.
      We can't legalize them because the leftists would weaponize them against America, a violent distraction while they reorganize.
      We have to deport them all, perhaps after a few years allow some highly vetted dreamers to pursue legal immigration.

    It's sad really. I'm reading these comments and so many people are saying that illegals are taking jobs.Im born and raised in the US but my family is from Mexico .Many of my family members migrated to the US because it was hard to support their family back in Mexico.The only reason why they came over here was to live a better life not to "take jobs" or "take people's dream" .I really believe that we should be more supportive of each other and understand that life isn't easy. We work as hard as we can and do whatever it takes to support are family but sometimes it just isn't enough.Many people are against immigrants because their either racist or just don't understand their struggles .if the people who are against immigrants saw what it's like to really struggle I really I think their opinions about ending DACA would change.Immigrants are a big part of the US and their what keeps our economy together. Their willing to do whatever it takes just to support their family and live a better life to create a future for themselves. Many people may still disagree with me or have something bad to say about my opinion but I could care less because I believe that immigrants are what makes America great.

It's not like ANY of this retarded species will be around for long, after we bury the world in shitty diapers.

      The problem is the children who went with the parents who crossed illegally, trying to improve both their lives and their children's lives. I can see why they have to cross illegally as they might be better economic opportunity to support their family in the US. (Though I don't know how the job situation is where they come from) This is where the problem I stayed above comes in with the children. See, they've spent basically their whole lives (If not most) within the US. They know nothing else save for living in America. Now, deporting them will cause massive problems both for the US and for the dreamers as a whole. For the dreamers, they might be poverty stricken because they might know how to act in their country of origin and they might not even know the native language of the country depending on how old they were when they came to this country. Now for the US. Apparently, the US could lose billions in job revenue if they deport said dreamers, resulting in economic issues. Though, I primarily argue about this issue for the morality issue. Think if you were in their shoes. You've lived in the US your whole entire life, knowing nothing else. Then, the president of the country you are living in proposes a plan to possibly deport you from the only home you've ever known. You would be devastated emotionally and angry at the unfair government taking away the only place you've called home.
      Sorry for ranting on some, just wanted to give my honest opinion. :P

      @busorenkin8 7 лет назад +4

      So if it's hard for people in one country, it's cool to come over to another and take work away?
      You do know that there are Americans who struggle too, right? They need help, not immigrants. The citizens who can't feed their families, who have to work two jobs just to stay where they live rather than on the street.

    Exactly what we need. A whole Generation of children whom stand against US Laws & for Illegal Immigration.
    All children in the world are important. Not just Mexican children. America can no longer uplift all the Nations of the World & children through Trade when the US is aimed against itself, US Laws & it's own existence.
    No I dont want to hear & listen to the voice for Illegal Immigrant parents through their children. Mexican children are not dying from starvation & diseases in Mexico. We are not a Mexican Homeless Shelter nor Illegal Immigrant Orphanage for Mexico. We are a Nation of Laws. A Nation where ppl from all over the World have come Legally.
    Everyone else arrives Legally. Mexicans need to do the same w/ or w/o Children. No excuses. No sympathy.
