I will give this a go, always wanted this to work along with wing play. vertical tiki just congests play so much that despite zillions of shots the opposition just defend and i don’t score many and concede on counter.

That's because RUclips is messed up :( It seems that there are different settings for notifications, one of which notifies you all the time but the standard is for you to 'occasionally' get notifications. Pretty stupid really...
game is just biased to tiki and gegen. any old bloody shit team can use those and win. no one will use route one even at lowest level because those teams can all play like barca and liverpool with good results. in this respect the game in no way whatsoever reflects reality. i watch van north team irl and they can’t string 3 passes together, in fm they are god’s.
if it doesn’t work why do they put it in the game. stupid isn’t it. Game is biased to possession but i’ve used vertical tiki and the game allows opposition to win with only 2 shots on target to my teams 8. It’s a fix ref
Not so sure that was the tactic rather than quality of opposition for cause of defeat. For route one I'd of expected a lot more punts up the pitch but a few players (RM esp) seemed to want to take time and dribble?
I would have thought Wide Midfielders would be more suitable for this tactic than wingers. Maybe SI will tune these prior to go live.

Very surprised dribble less isn't a part of the standard route one tactic. A lot of dribbles in this game could have been balls over the top or into the box. Seemed like a fair result though.
Yeah I agree - they may change things a bit on the beta/full release though I guess

Maybe is better options TM -attack because players who is role support hiiten him with balls
Can you conclude which 3 tactic that best complement each others to make the team work on regularly and then when to use which tactic during the game. E.g start out with short passing and then perhaps go direct in the second half and the route one in the last five min if loosing etc
Could you say something about whether there are PIs provided with these templates?
been playing fm for over a year and never done well in any season with any tactic.
Conceding too many dangerous free kicks in central areas by default. Think this could be more successful by removing "get stuck in" and aggressively closing down wide players instead.
Terrible testing aff you have no idea about tactics why bother testing
