  • Welcome to 3am relaxation. Hi, listen to the 10 hours of pure 6 Hz theta waves frequency for deep sleep. This relaxing music is composed of binaural beats to reduce stress, overthinking & anxiety and help you fall asleep fast.
About THETA & DELTA WAVES: Theta brain waves occur when you’re sleeping or in a very deeply relaxed state of mind. Theta waves fall into binaural beats frequency range of 4-8 Hz. The binaural beat that a person perceives is the frequency DIFFERENCE between the waves entering the left and right ear. So, for example, music in the right ear is oscillating at 48-52 Hz & music in the left ear is oscillating at 44-48 Hz, it is therefore creating a frequency difference (LEFT-RIGHT) in the range of 4-8 Hz thereby classifying it as theta brain waves. Similarly, if the difference is 0.3-4 Hz it will be classified as delta waves.
Use earphones & play it at "low to medium" volume for the best result.
This music's unique sound design elements provide relaxation & peace to the mind and body for a deep state of meditation.
The video is made 10 hours long & the black screen is used after 10 minutes so that you can play this video during the night without any interruptions.
Relax and let go of all the stress.

I can actually say I’ve beaten insomnia, now if I,could remember my d😂reams that would be wonderful. I did have 3 dreams in one night but it hasn’t repeated again yet.dreaming until then I will wait, thank you for all your hard work…

Look into dream retention and lucid dreaming, you can train your brain to remember dreams. Plus if you wake up at 3 AM from a B weird or vivid dream, write down the details or voice memo everything you do recall… this helped me with remembering my dreams the next day, and seeing patterns in what I see and so, I’m better able to keep track of as many aspects of my sleep health as I can

Self affirmation B4 you fall asleep of "I will remember my dreams" helps more then you'd expect.

AMAZING! I am making my own fall asleep videos for a second channel, but it is more musical instruments and coherent chord progressions, but how is this done? It's like you slowed down time and I am floating in the hadalpelagic zone, or I am floating in the stratosphere inside a nimbostratus cloud at like 6:00 a.m.! Really though, it's not strings nor choir, but it's an effect... either way I love it... I wonder what the thought process is on which notes to choose... I hear random notes like d, Ab and Bb, for example... and the piece itself sounds like it is in Eb major...

These Christmas holidays were quite good, but also overwhelming. Now i just need these binaural beats to relax and sleep.

5:54:57 like here, you can hear that little skip... I try to avoid these as much as possible, but sadly, I am using audacity, so I have to play, usually I do it at 60bpm, and then hope to edit it perfectly where I can copy and paste so you don't hear any skipping or whatnot... it's easier when there is a stop in the music, but for a piece like this, it is a constant sound so it is more difficult... I wonder what program or DAW you use and how you loop it... I just wish I could record something where it is in a gridline to the metronome and then hit a button where it loops it for 24 hours... then there are no skips and whatnot, and I can export it at 24 hours give or take after fading out the ending or whatever... but to have to record something for 3 minutes and then copy and paste it until you get to 24 hours per track is a lot of work lol

remember everybody, low frequencies mean absolutely nothing if you aren't listening with something that can reproduce low frequencies

Too bad that at 6 hours an ad started very loudly… these 10-12 hours long sleep sounds generally only have ads at the beginning an the end and does not wake you in the middle… 😢
