Gear skiving process | Major process integration for gear components

This is an example of multitasking of gear parts using the NTRX300 ATC-type multitasking machine.
Internal gears are machined using a gear skiving tool.
The gear cutting process, which used to be performed on a dedicated machine, can now be performed on the multitasking machine.
The turning, milling, and gear cutting processes can now be integrated into a single multitasking machine.
The more gears are machined, the greater the effect of process integration because multiple dedicated machines are no longer needed.
