My mom just learned she has breast cancer. She loves to crochet, but gets a little intimidated by tutorials and isn't much of a youtuber. She wanted some fingerless mittens and decided to just try and give youtube a chance with a tutorial. She and I watched your tutorial and loved it. She said this was by far the easiest mitten she has ever seen, and riight after watching it she went right into making a mitten. She and I decided that when she starts treatment she is going to make and donate a bunch of your fingerless mittens to the other patients when they are getting chemo. Thank you so much for making my mother happy.
I just found you a couple of months ago. I learned to Crochet and Knit when I was very young. I'm not so young anymore, and I've been refreshing myself in the "thread arts" for the past 3 or 4 months. Finding you is a great thing for me. You are truly an artist with a great personality, the ability to teach very well. You go by steps that a beginner can follow, (or beginner again) and have a very soothing voice. Thank you for being here!
I made theses a few years ago and loved them . I wanted to make another pair and watched many tutorials......then realised I just needed to make theses again , thank you 💜
I'm actually making a matching ponchette, a set of these fingerless gloves, and a lapghan for my handicapped aunt that is wheelchair bound with a Caron Cakes colorway. I'm very pleased with how everything is turning out. Thank you for sharing and everything you do us , Fiber Spider. You are appreciated!
I love these. I just finished one out of the pair. Now I have one hand and 4 pair to finish. These are great to do. Thank you for the time you put in to help show us all the great things we can do.
This video is just delightful. I am VERY much missing knitting with friends at coffee shops and not only was this clear as day for a relatively newbie to crochet, but it felt like I was learning with a friend again. Thank you.
Thank You so very much for all that you share and do ♥💫☮️ I'm going to give this a try. I love your voice and that you actually show where to work, as so often with other tutorials I can't see. *Your filming is great! Also thankful that you do not have music playing in the background. Please share more and more, for absolute beginners 💜
Absolutely love your videos. I just started learning to knit and crochet this past week and haven't been having very good result. But when I started watching your videos something just seem to click. I working on a pair of fingerless gloves and they are turning out pretty good.
THANK YOU I'm a beginner I love THE fingerless gloves tutorial , very well explained much better then other tutorials i've looked at so THANK I Hope YOU Will be doing lot's more tutorials
You are thorough and go at a pace that is just right for me. I always enjoy your soft/calm videos - it helps me with my stress and depression. A Fiber Spider that who appreciate you very much. I hope to make a tiger next year to add to your Chinese Zodiac collection.

Have just made a scarf and hat in this pattern for my son-in law and was desperately trying to find a pair of fingerless gloves in the same.pattern.Thank you for saving me hours of searching and a headache. Now I have to make the same set for my other son-in -law.
Loaded with content, awesome makes & entertainment featuring 'Marvin'. You are a tough act to follow! haha love it! Thanx for sharing your time & talent :D
This video saved my life. I was trying to find a pattern to make these for my friend, and I couldn't find anything. I had seen your video before, but never used it. Finally, I was desperate, and I wish I had come to this tutorial a long time ago. Thank you so much!
I am a little late watching your video but have enjoyed it very much. Now i need to get busy and start making a bunch as Christmas gifts. Thank you so much.
I saw one of his videos for the first time last nite. It was late and I suppose I was tired. I was appalled at what I thought I heard; "hello yarnwhores". OMG! I was flabberghasted. I didn't realize until today, he said, "yarnivores". LOL!
Your videos are awesome!! I would never of trying this knowing I had to sew in the end but you show/teach this so well I was able to complete both hand warmers. Thank you so much!
Thanks for the tutorial!!! I made some out of wool for my husband per his request wool that is. I love how you say scissors and also when you say your a bit sniffly. This wool yarn is making me sniffly lol! Thanks for all you do for us fellow crocheters!!!
Your video by far is the best explained and easiest and customizable I have this yarn in the Peruvian Print that was left from a blanket that would look nice thank you so much for another great video 💕
I tried a few other tutorials were they went around in a circle from bottem to top, and I messed up all of them..This! this tutorial didn't give me that issue. Thankyou for giving me an alternative technique!
+Nikki D thank you very much, I try my best 🙂 These days I try to post at least one tutorial video per week, and in between I also have other playlists including audiobook readings, and time lapse coloring and jigsaw puzzles. I like variety, lol. Thank you again and stay tuned! 😉
Thanks so much for your Awesome video. Now I can make my grandchildren and myself a pair each. Thanks again for your easy to follow video. Have a wonderful day!!
I JUST finished a solid royal blue one for my 9yr old son! (We live in Miami so he wants it "to look cool" not for warmth😂😂😂 It was about 20 stitches long so it reaches the top of his wrist. Now my middle schooler wants one and his lil brother screams nooo after she makes me the other one!! Thanks this is my 3rd project but the first that looks perfect!! Thank you so much!!
My left hand is a woman's large, and my left is a man's XL. Because of this I've always had to choose between gloves that fit or gloves that matched. The size difference is too extreme to even get two sizes of the same style. This excites me so much. I can have two gloves that match and fit.
My name is Lisa & basically a new subscriber from Pennsylvania. I absolutely love your work and I must crochet these. Thank you for your time for us. I'm working on making a channel as well. I am working on collecting a nice yarn stash and trying to learn the videoing and all before I take the plunge. Any advice would be appreciated. You are admired by many of channels that I'm subscribed to.
I have to make my daughter so new ones every year...she works the window at a fast food and she loves how they keep her hands from frezzing and she can still work with them on...

Hellllooooo!!! I love all ur tutorials...n I am grateful to u for all the efforts u put in for us. I've learnt sooooo much from u n sooo much more to learn too.I've made many crochet items for my family n friends seeing ur tutorials n they have loved all that stuff. Sadly, I don't get such good yarn out here in Dubai which sort of restricts my work. But nevertheless..hats off to u SIR!!
Ch 31 SC in back loops only for 14 ridges. For my own reference. I'm making a pair for a friend of mine. He has smaller hands for a man but very tall and very thin.
Hey Fiber Spider! I just discovered you and totally and completely love your videos. You describe all the steps so incredibly perfectly (I.e. Hexagon Cardigan). After searching for hours for fingerless gloves, I finally found one I want to make!!! It's YOURS!!!!! I Love this pattern,! But for me, the only thing it is missing is a "thumb gusset". I have RA, and need my thumb joint to be covered as well. Could you please help me add that on? Please and thank you!!! 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

You can add ribbing (with a smaller hook) for the bottom and top of the glove and add a flower or crochet /incorporate lace with this pattern.

I have RA, and need my thumb joint to be covered as well. Could you please help me add that on? Please and thank you!!!
🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
If you just insert your hook and crochet around the thumb area a few times, it should make a sufficient covering.
thnx so much ...i was looking for an easy one so got it.
am started to work on it ..thnx more
