    1 tablespoon oil
    For the biryani:
    1 cups basmati rice
    1/2 cups water
    2 tablespoons ghee or oil

    1 teaspoon grated ginger
    1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    Salt, to taste
    *Instructions
    Step 1: Cook Prawns and Masala (10 minutes)
    1. Heat oil in a pan.
