1/4 teaspoon cumin powder

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt, to taste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon oil
For the biryani:
1 cups basmati rice
1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons ghee or oil
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Salt, to taste
*Instructions
Step 1: Cook Prawns and Masala (10 minutes)
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add cumin seeds, chopped onion, and grated ginger.
3. Sauté until onion is translucent.
4. Add marinated prawns and cook until pink.
1. In a large saucepan, layer:
Cooked rice
Prawn mixture
Repeat layers, ending with rice.
2. Drizzle ghee or oil.
3. Cover and cook over low heat
