I’m a girl who wears a niqab (veil) and a hijab. And I follow the opinion that Muslims need to wear an abaya (dress) to cover the shape of their body in addition to wearing a hijab ofc.

@@vilain_moineau I am not a mind reader, so I can only share an idea of what I think she was getting at. She could just be sharing something about herself rated to modesty. Hijab is related to modesty, as is wearing abayas to cover the shape of the body, thus her original comment is related to the topic, by tangent if nothing else. In which case my gut reaction could be off base - the bit about the styles not working for her because they don't cover the chest. So now I'll cover how I came to my initial conclusion. Notice her mention of covering the shape of the body. Most people would say Veronica is super modest and covered, however she isn't using the scarf to cover her chest and she wears pants which also shows part of the shape of the body. Yes, Veronica's tops are very covering compared to popular western styles, and her pants are not the leg hugging styles popular these days, but there are muslims with narrower opinions about what correct modesty is, how much is enough. The op wears the abayas to cover her shape. She doesn't specify a second layer covering the chest, but it is a thing I've heard alot in conjunction with obscuring the shape of the body. I'm a pants and long top girl, myself. I appreciate that the op isn't being preachy about it. I like when people of differing opinions can coexist and stay respectful of each other.
I got 2 of your sports hijab. Three issues for me (I haven't gotten to leaving a review to the product). One, I think is partly because I wear glasses. The face opening keeps slipping down. Two, the stitching to the back of the head won't lay flat, so I have a weird wrinkled cone effect towards the back. Maybe if I didn't have to wear glasses the face opening would stay where I pulled the hem to make it and that would also allow the fabric to stay snuggler to the by head and prevent the wrinkled cone effect. 3rd, there isn't enough fabric at the neck, so I can't wear it with most of my shirts, the neck opening has to be small or I end up with bits of skin showing. Unfortunately they don't work for me right now for these reasons.

One size, one style doesn’t fit all for sure and we are discounting these hijabs after we rebrand and we are developing brand new collection with variety of styles and coverage as I type this response! I saw one sports hijab company had a version for glasses wearers with slits to put the glasses in and I think that's genius but unfortunately they've been sold out whenever I've looked on their website. If you could come up with a glasses-friendly design I know a lot of people including myself would appreciate it!
