Nedda is a cheap Rhash
Do you lose all your equipments and hero level, skill level and artifact level when the season changes?
You lose all your equipment, hero level and artifact level BUT not the skill level.
Will you get your exp potions back or you need to do all the goblins again ?

Heksandra will work just fine - instead of absorbing dmg you want to heal in between the AoEs, You could also bring Vicuc

Go for alphie or follie and build Errich the way I build Tonalnan

You can, but don't expect the same results as you lose 5 affinity, you could try Isolde instead

Yes! Thea Rare wild hero is AMAZING, but so is Alton to boost the other two heroes :)!
