How is it surprising? Dina has consistently scored higher with every apparatus all year, except for the past couple events when she's made mistakes and Arina's gone clean. Also, Dina has the most difficult clubs routine ever created. She certainly deserves a higher score with that apparatus if she and Arina are both clean.
Daniel She hasn't at all, Arina was the most consistent this year by far. It wasn't rare that Arina took more than half of the golds, more than Dina, including the AA. In Budapest, Arina's clubs routine was the only one with a score over 19. Arina is the consistent one, with amazing body techniques and the best rings pivots in RG history (way better than Dina), while Dina is the sensational gymnast working in dazzling speed. But clubs were always Dina's best apparatus, and ball her weakest, while Arina's ball is her strongest one. And by the way, it maybe is true that Dina's clubs routine this year is the fastest ever created, but Kanaeva's 2011 one was the hardest in terms of body technique (even though I think Sasha will outlevel her soon), and Kudryavtseva's 2016 one the hardest in terms of apparatus handling

But comparing this to Soldatova's, Mamun's or Kudryavtseva's ball routines that were so classy, passionate and mature... These playful ball performances are not my cup of tea. look at this....she is nearly never ever holding the ball in her hand (one hand not two!) it´s always legs, back, but rarely in her hand. I´m not a huge fan of the Averinas, because I think they have no own style, but I have to admit this is stunning. (technically, the performance part is meh) and wtf! get this skirt back to the leotard!!!

rhythmic passion I know right! There are so many people always stating how one is over scored, while the other is underscored! But HOW are they over scored or underscored, that's the point! If people always think that the judges are unfair and biased, they should show HOW!
I think i saw it many many times and I still watch it I like it really so sooooooo much maybe I saw it 25 times or more

The Averina's aren't unique, and as you can see, they both have the same masteries and risks. They feel like robots to me.
as for me that's overscored she's really good but she's shaky all along. A 18,00 18,100 would have be more fair.
