Why take them with points(+2) @-110 rather than moneyline @ +110? The moneyline has better payout and both bets require winning the game. Any help with this I'd appreciate, I'm just not getting it.
Both bets don't require you to win the game though, especially in tournament basketball, march madness, where crazy things happen and teams win and lose on buzzer beaters, two points can have a lot of value in multiple spots. Say you have the +2 and your team is down three. if they go down and take a three to try to tie and miss, your bet loses. But in today's game, a lot of teams foul to avoid the possibility of the other team making the three, giving up two foul shots, and all of a sudden you have a much better chance at covering that +2 than hoping for a miracle to win the game or even force overtime.
+2 your team lose by 1 or win and u still win the bet. If your team loses by 2 , your bet voids. Not a win or a loss.

@@GGg-ug3jr No +2 means they can lose by 1 point and still cover and if Nevada lost by 2 points it would be a push. You’re thinking of -2
@@GGg-ug3jr they can lose by no more then 2 points but if they lose by exactly 2 then it’s a push meaning they will take that game off of the parley IF it was parlayed. -2 means they have to win by 2 or more but same thing applies if they win by exactly 2 then it’s a push. Go to RUclips vids and studying the meanings /terms of betting before you bet because I would hate for you to make a bet with big money and you don’t even know what plus 2 means yikes good luck
