Mine works then stop. Lights comes on still but no shocking anymore
@@ce7618 this happened to me once and next time worked perfectly. I didn't know what I did to fix it though 🙁

Hi! You know my wife had the same experience and took her like two weeks to actually feel some of the benefits. For me it was like within the same day or next day. I think it depends on many factors like the person, posture, weight, many other things but for sure some of that will hit at some point. I liked it! Thanks for watching!

when you press the on button and the blue light comes on. Press the SAME BUTTON AGAIN !!!! (thats the on button for you slow ones) pressing the on to switch threw different massage modes and etc.

Good question. I should check since I keep mine charging in the bathroom so it's ready when we want to use it.
Then is not working
Just got it. QC must suck because it doesn't work on any setting, lights up and goes back to 0 after just a few seconds, then shuts off. Piece of junk. Lottery winner if you get one that actually works. Sending back for a refund....will research QC record first before sending hard earned cash for the next one.

@@chesneyfan19741 it worked great on my end. I think there was a batch of some bad units because I only know of people with malfunctioning products from here but know many that had no issues. So weird. Wish I could do something to help :(
I just opened mine & read the instructions / manual. To anyone who has problems with it realise this: it doesn’t just automatically start, you have to put both feet on the pad. It automatically turns off when not in use / not properly.
Also, press the + button & start using it from number 1, it’s already quite powerful.

I agree with the first comment I charge it til light goes off the minute I started to use it light goes off and machine does nothing,can someplace tell me where I'm going wring it would be good if it worked.

Hi! I usually use it like once a week for about 10 minutes. But my wife uses it every other day or at least 3 times a week. Same about 10 minutes. It's good! Hope that helps. Thanks!
