Surprisingly, this is the 2nd pyg drums run I've seen from a content creator this patch. And they both played out surprisingly similar. Biggest difference being you having a much better early game due to riding the fixer upper train.

At this point I'm sure you could win with an empty board, by convincing your opponent that yours is, in fact the stronger build, therefor you should win by proxy.

I think keeping the lumboars would have been a good choice. Cause once they're hasted they're not actually so bad. They should be able to keep permanent haste status and while they're a bit slower they also scale all your other weapons.Tbe multicast also sort of functionally makes them two small weapons. If you get any cooldown it also helps them a little more than faster weapons.
