Went to Puerto Rico last August. Stayed in Fajardo and absolutely loved it! Though it’s not technically “out of the country” it sure feels like it is! For a less traveled person like myself, I highly recommend going! The bioluminescent bay is a once in a lifetime experience! 🇵🇷
I used to live in Fajardo a long time ago. I haven’t been there in years. Looks they had a lot of construction since then. Loved the video I told my husband I want to go and visit to see all the new places. Also Luquillo looks different, the kiosks are still there but they have updated the whole place. Thanks so much for the beautiful video.❤
We stayed in the Dos Marinas in 2021, the two high rise buildings by the marina, love Fajardo for the same reasons, close to Ceiba for the ferry, Luquillo, and there's a Walmart close by as well. Looking forward to the next video. Wepa!
My beautiful town of Fajardo, where I had the privilege of growing up! I sure miss my hometown, great memories and awesome friends. I hope I get to go back some day. I think El Cayo restaurants used to be a Diving shop back in 90's I worked there. Peña Mar wasn't built yet. 7 Seas Beach to me the best Beach on the main island. Culebra is another paradise. I am glad you had a good time, and thanks for such a great video!
Nice video. But...FYI...El Yunque is a national forest, not a national park. National forests, like El Yunque, are administered by the U.S. Forest Service, which is part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The U.S. Forest Service administers the nation's 154 national forests and 20 national grasslands. National parks, on the other hand, are administered by the National Park Service, which is part of the U.S. Department of the Interior. The National Park Service manages all national parks, most national monuments, and other natural, historical, and recreational properties with various title designations.
Nice video !! I'm glad you love our little island. I like how you and your husband savor the food, especially that piña colada. I subscribe to your channel cause I won't miss things from my island. Looking forward when you go to the hotel el Conquistador.
I love Fajardo. My favorite beach is the Seven seas beach. Also, if you are willing to pay for a day trip, Cayo Icacos is beautiful if you want to relax, do some snorkeling and do a little hiking. Except there are no bathrooms there. So do your business before you get there if you can.
I’m sorry, for a tourist town with docks to take tourists to Vieques and Culebra, this town needs a make over. It’s not very inviting to tourists. Come on, fix up the route to the sea.
Puerto Rico usa the number 8 wonder of the world
