What people don't realize is that Neil Geraldo is the creative force and a true partner to Pat Benetar. She constantly talks about his contributions contributions and partnership but people tend to just focus on her and that really is a mistake. I find their partnership very interesting and I love listening to him talk about their collaboration over the years. Congratulations to the both of them for thair induction to the halld have been inducted years ago.
Two absolute legends, Pat is THE BEST female singer of all time. Neil is an awesome guitarist and top bloke.

So Happy Pat and Neil Finally got their due and were inducted into the RRHOF Class of 2022. They have been eligible since 2004! Pat advocated that Neil be Inducted with her as well. Bravo Pat. They joined forces together in 1979! I have enjoyed their music since the beginning, and continue to look forward seeing them out on the road Every Year!!! God Bless them Both!!

I think the rock HOF is pretty much a joke but God bless 'em for inducting these two together. It's important to realize how the symbiosis between these two created a sum even better than the parts. Not to mention, long marriages in the rock world are few and far between and it is nice to celebrate one.

That is awesome! I love Pat Benatar! Since the beginning. I saw her in concert awhile back in a club in LA and I took my daughter. She really liked it and Pat really rocked it that night. She sounded just the same.
I’ll get to see them perform about six years ago maybe seven and I didn’t realize how it would affect me and every time a song came on it was my song and I cried a little, they are so good
I guessed James didn’t do his homework: when Pat began in ‘79, the rock HOF didn’t exist (1983)

Blame the shitty mainstream radio stations after the 80's. Her and Neil did some amazing work throughout the 1990's. It's about time people started catching up to ALL their brilliant music.
The Rockn'Roll Hall of Fame didn't start until 1983, so Pat was hardly dreaming about being in it as kid. Stupid question.
