Here in Morocco no buddy like the MIG, all use the old stick welders .... don't ask me why i don't know lol hhhhh, but since i am tools seler i have some MIGs in stock every time i show them to professionals they laught at me ..... all want stick welders ..... maybe because the stick don't need the inert gaz to work ....

Looks like the fab shop I worked in, in Ohio at about 1976. I did have safety shoes and a welding helmet though. The wage? 3.25 an hour. And don't tell me that was when a buck was a real buck because it didn't go as far as you might think back then, especially for all the heavy work to get it.
Third world countries' workers cost very little in terms of wages, benefits and are easily replaceable! No need to worry about occupational safety and health. More profit for big industry! Everybody wins 🏆 🙌 👏 💯 Especially the business executives and the stockholders!

Other than the probable inferior/dirt crusted product they are turning out, it does not bother me at all. BUT: The sheet metal arc welding. He has NO eye protection. No goggles, no mask, no shield. This guy is burning his eyes out. He WILL be blind if he continues --- and no one seems to care. I get it --- there is money to be made and if people are willing to give up their lives why should the employer waste a few dollars when they can just hire someone else when 'Joe' can't work anymore. Very Sad! People DO matter. For anyone that watched 70's movies --- Soylent Green --- when will we get to the place where we grind up and eat excess people --- maybe some places are there now! (btw: Soylent Green was released in 1973 ----- and took place in ------- 2022) Maybe the theme is a little too close for comfort.

I don’t see the use of a fuel filter? Why is there not one installed? I also notice a lack of bonding on the components for proper grounding.
I belive most cars their has extra filter under the hood, the type of filter you use 5 sec to replace.

These workers are paid from $2 to $3.5 /day and there is no limit of time depending on work load some times they work from 9 AM to 2 AM.
They get hardly 2-3 USD a day of 12 - 13 hrs shift... No life insurance, no worker benefits, no special treatment.
Shell She inspectors would be impressed with zero incident monthly report.
