He got sent to the plane of non-existence by Ultima because Slick confirmed that Ultima can’t afford to fight Godzilla IH any longer and had to make a quick decision. Godzilla In Hell found out the the wall of non-existence was breakable so Godzilla In Hell is breaking his way out. So ye Ultima sent Hell into a different dimension. It’s called Non-Existence
So basicly he won?

@@lunaitor-uq9hz the colors are not similar, RAT has a darker skin tone. RAT has the same dorsal find as millennium godzilla. So basically they used millennium again but more different. His appearance changed in the fourth issue of the book.
