Thank you! I found information on Microsoft's site about layers, but none that so clearly showed me how to actually select shapes for a new layer (which is exactly what I needed to learn).

but its hard to make phase 2 visible, for example when i present this to my boss i want to do it in one click, not to go all the way around layer properties then uncheck visible tab then apply then ok ... is there a faster way to show you phase 2 in one click?? thank you
