- Kingdom Come: Deliverance was the most requested game I play on stream for the last few years. The time has come to start a Hardcore Playthrough. There will be mistakes made, bumps in the road and laughs to be had. This is the first episode.

This game is a absolute overlooked BANGER!
Far from overlooked - this had a huge amount of hype when it came out.
It wasn't overlooked. Trailers were everywhere before launch. Then controversy about there not being people of color in the game. It's definitely an imersive experience. Learning to read again (montage style). Now, let's talk about the bathing experience.

One of the best RPGs ever, and one of the best open-world games ever.
KCD with hardcore mode has to be my favorite rpg, played it for some 400 hours and its a certified 9/10 in y book.
I have finished this three times but never played hardcore

@@amirhb7531 Only tip is pretend it's the base game, but without the stamina bar. You have to judge based on how fast your character is breathing and your vision becoming blue. Compass doesn't show long distanced objects unless you're close to them, but the Map button that appears when you play "M" does show everything.

The voice actor for Divish is apparently roughly the same age and looks somewhat similar to his character. Just has a young-sounding voice. One of those weird things where portraying realism somehow hinders the realism of the game.

Huh? But he sounds exactly the right age as well, that is not a young voice, why do people think that?
Everyone has their own opinion on the voices, lots of people hate Henry's, others find Hanush too weird sounding, I find that overall this game has the best voice acting out of everything I played.

He doesn't sound funny or young or anything, he perfectly sounds like some distinguished lord, there's a little bit of an insecure vibe though but that's perfectly explained by the backstory, so everything is quite coherent.

Such a great game, can not wait for part 2 since the minute i started playing the first.
Glad to see new players play hardcore mode! I first started playing in that mode as well, and it's an amazing experience.
But playing hardcore mode right away is probably what turned off a lot of people.

Well, since I played hardcore and gone back to normal mode I just tend not to use it, at first I actually forgot that it exists but then I mostly chose to keep going wihout it because actually riding somewhere is so much faster when it comes to in-game time passing.
But sometimes it's good to have fast-travel, if you want to go back to Rattay from Pribyslavitz or the other way round and it really doesn't matter when you arrive.
To really roleplay this game you need to make a lot of self-restricting decisions anyways, like not using the magical chest, not going for the treasures or not looting corpses and so on, as the game just doesn't have any options to set all this up.
One of the best games ever made imo. Stoked to see you play this one man. So many different ways to play but I always end up becoming a potion tycoon and stealing the pants and dice of every high roller in the realm lol

Getting a horse before the hunt in hardcore is nice or almost needed because it's hard to find Sir Capon in hardcore. Less your lucky a horse you don't have to look for him but you have to get all the treasures to be able to buy one.
it took me way to long to realize but if you just head the way hans rode off until you find a path and then follow the path youre at the camp.

I think its a bug, cos its meant to happen only when you start new playthrough overwriting and old one. I've completed hardcore mode with all the negative buffs, for the achi, its no joke, a lot of experience to be able to do it, secret quest bypassing from exploring places you shouldnt be. I've done a ranged only playthrough. Such a fun game, i've done atleast 7 playthrough over PC and PS4, for a total of over 1,000 hours i reckon. I clear the tourney without even knowing perfect block lol and these days i wont even play without the mod to remove slow-mo in combat and master strikes. Sometimes you can get stuck in 1v4's for 40minutes for more its so epic

This game is like a nightmare simulator.
Every move is sluggish, you have no stamina, everyone catches you when you try to run and you have the strength of a 10 year old.
even in real life you still have to learn something to be successful in something .If you don't improve you will still be like a child.

Man viewers are so annoying. Despite you playing a HARDCORE RUN they will not miss an opportunity to tell you about all the quicksave mods, bush mods, and everything else
If you buy a horse or get Mutt on the hunt you don't have to walk and with Mutt if you get the skill hunt he can hunt for you also attack enemies.
The dialogue in this game is up there with realistic "historical" shows like Vikings

You used to be able to kill all the cumans that attack village with level boost from cow punching till they fixed in update still had save boosted level skills and armor/weapons sets from few guards but the cumans were cheated damage or life after update

tbh a 4 hour tutorial isnt that bad for this game, if you suckle out all the exp and gold from the tutorial, time adds up...

It gets better once you learn master strikes. The game also gets easier when you pick a weapon and really work at it.
