It looks really nice, I don’t really like texture packs too much since they tend to take away from the game’s normal aesthetic that I enjoy but this one seems lovely. I’m tempted to reinstall Minecraft (especially since I realized I can change my cringey username I made when I was 10) and if I made my game look like his it would be close enough to what I know but also a refreshing change.
Binyot is using shaders and (I believe) programmer art. You can get shaders with a mod called optifine, and the specific shaded pack that Vinny is using is the rtx compatible version of SUES. Installing optifine is pretty simple, just go to their site, download the latest preview version (or latest version if optifine 1.14 is out) and run the .jar file after launching the version you want optifine for.

i don't know what the texture pack is but the shader is the seuss shader. chat said it was the wrong one because there are multiple versions
