Such an amazing place, and so well preserved, no spray paint on the walls, wonderful. The work that the Germans put into this place, like others, never ceases to amaze me. So sorry to hear about your ankle my friend, I hope it has mended now, but take care. EE was enjoying himself there too. Thank you for taking us with you into the past. Stay safe and well my friends, and I look forward to the next part of this island fortress.

Superb view they had when the weather was fine, but I bet they spent plenty of time hunkered down trying to keep warm in their bunkers when the storms came in. Those large gun positions were very open which seems unusual. Thanks for taking us along, hope your ankle gets better soon, look after yourself out there. 🙏🙏

It looks windy, cold and damp at this location, but no graffiti, just farmers junk! Great workmanship using the natural materials to help camouflage the location. Wow, gunrack still in place! What an amazing site. The Germans certainly spent a lot of time planning that location out. And the workmanship is impressive. It has certainly stood the test of time quite well, to the point it could almost be put back into service today. It was quite amazing to see that ventilation unit just lying there waiting for our HH to find it. And really cool that you found the other pieces for it as well. Pity it couldn't be rescued and donated to a museum. Such things are becoming rarer and rarer to see. Thank you both for your efforts to bring us this amazing place, especially you, HH, with your twisted ankle. We really appreciate what you do for us. Looking forward to seeing what amazing things you found, in Part 2. Stay safe and well!

What a wonderful location. It’s unlike other locations in the way the structures are built. It amazing to see the air filter still there. The metal bracket by the door looked like a bracket for an air pump. I could be wrong about that. I wonder if the window frames in the bunker are from the barracks that were there? The area seems to be pretty much untouched. Glad to see you’re not coughing on this video. Hope your ankle heals quickly. Eagle Eyes may have to carry you around lol.

I hope you have your sprained ankle tensor wrapped. HH. Don't want to see you in pain. Please be careful. Some of the areas you go to are treacherous. I can see your limp. Something to still see the bunker foundation standing The one bunker WAS insanely fortified. The original air filter was a rare find with the filter Needs to be restored and put in a war museum. Too bad you couldn't keep it. Spiders aren't friends HH. I hate them also. 😮 Would be rare to see the original MG on the Tobruk. Those were huge gun placements on the top. The scenery is beautiful. Yes, watch out for the sheep crap. I missed EE running commentary. Can't wait to hear the little story. Thank you for being the best WW2 History Hunter RUclips channel. I know it involves much hard work and preparation. Take care of that ankle HH. ❤

Very good video what a shame all the guns were not back there so we could get a better picture of what it actually looked like back then. These people who leave there trash or ruin these places have no shame and need a good swift kick up the rear end to learn some respect.

2:34 ACHTUNG this is a special EAGLE EYES bunker! 'ADLER AUGEN' made to his size. 17:52 I bet Freiderich and Heinrich manned this bunker and took it in turns to fish from the sea with a rod they made from a branch of a tree! To supplement the 'fleisch' tins could probably dangle a rod from inside the tobruk!

Yes that was quite a strange bunker type and size :) Loved to share that and thank you my friend for being here :)
