Ashana, I face the same problem as you. I sometimes cant get out of bed for couple of days. Its not depression. Depression to tab hota hai jab life is not going our way, we dont love our life etc. But that is not the case for me or you. We are both high on life. And thats where the problem comes. We are so high on life that we dont realize few things. 1. Ofcourse we over exert, but that should only make us tired and sleep more. So this is not the issue. We are young. 2. We cant pay attention to when people around us give negative vibe. We just focus on how the person looks, acts, talks etc. Vibes backend hoti hai. You can only catch it by experience. If you spend time with a person and feel low after that, like 7 times out of 10. Then you should know. 3. We try too hard to imitate others. You try too hard to imitate others at times. Never do that. Be Yourself. That drains. 4. We are so caring at times, har kisi ko khush karne mein lage rehte hain. Draw a line. Close people, and Acquintances. So show care for closed ones. Be nice to acquintances. You cant please everyone. 5. Iske alawa kabhi kabhi vent kar diya karo. Every action has equal and opposite reaction. Itni jyada positive aur high rahoge, aur positivity baatonge to thodi negativity bhi nikalni padegi. All emotions are good. So jaise videos mein Depression etc ki serious baatein karte ho, that takes out the steam. Do that. Also, dance shout cry when alone. :) All that is natural and good for health. You can also take it out on diary. Write to yourself. Or talk to someone close. Cos kuch baatein personal hoti hain. Try doing it for sometime intentionally, kuch time mein you will start enjoying it aur phir habit ban jayegi. 6. Kabhi kabhi life ko review karna padhta hai high level pe, alag se time nikal ke. Check ki if anything is bothering you. It can be anything. Future, Career, People, Weight, Any Comment, Something someone said, Something you saw, Something you couldnt say at that moment and kept inside etc. Talk to yourself or someone, and sort yourself up. No deal is big deal, everything happens with time. I mean I am saying all this but cant follow it all the time. See, right now I am caring so much about you. But you are entertaining me and so many others, so aapke liye to karna banta hai. But I dont do it for everyone anymore. I am careful. All the best I am Done I feel better :) Take Care
