The purpose of the video is to explain the concept of "short flags" there is nothing offensive about it.
Actually it is still offensive. Outing Oxnard that they don't practice as much as the other teams. No need to say anything like that and why are all your clips of CI?
In oxnards "PEP FLAGS" video they state that their practice ends at 6 which means 3 hours of practice since school ends at 3. They shouldnt be offended about the amount of time they practice. I included more clips of CI because they have much more practice videos uploaded onto youtube, they also have the longest history of short flags which makes them the most known.
