It really highlights the difference in mentality between the two sisters.
As for the fight itself, it have a similiar pace to Lococo vs. Mickey; at first Yoshio was dominating the fight but through stubbornness and her impressive attack power Mayori was able to overcome his resilience. Edit: Had to fix a typo.
What are Mayori's Skills and Attributes? Her attack parameters are pretty solid but straight and uppercut punches seem to be her Achilles' Heel; a fact Yoshio himself exploits throughout the fight.
Mayori has the disadvantage of prosthetic legs, but she is inferior in terms of agility of movement, so she has to compete in close quarters. However, her defensive skills are low, so she is often in a pinch. Her low defensive skills are compensated for by her Ironclad skill. Her special move, the Uppercut, is powerful and her attack by stepping in with both prosthetic legs makes up for her low power. Mayori's skills include Fortitude, Ironclad, and In Fighting.
This definitely have the best thumbnail yet; Yoshio facing Mayori mid-charge is really cool. It resembles a panel out of a manga!
