@DukeManché-r5talso there was only ever 1 trial for each test for each type. endurance test has way too many factors. hes putting three in at once so if the one you want to test is avoiding all rhe hits and the other ones are hitting eachother, it will be different from the ones where they all hit eachother.

You have to try making a beyblade following the designs of car and planes... you know aerodynamics but I just realized spinning dynamics is gonna need some different approach... maybe find a way to make the beyblade sing by having blades that make noise by trapping air or ya know... so many things to do. it's fun. hope you find any of my ideas cool and hopefully practical too.

I see a couple flaws in your stamina beyblade. 1) The metal assist blade puts weight back into the centre, which is counter productive for maximising your angular momentum and moment of intertia, even if it does boost defense and attack. 2) The perfectly smooth surface is not actually optimal for minimising friction because, while it keeps friction low, it also keeps it constant. Instead of moving air away from the blade, like a finned design might.
That said, the fan was clever and you did a great job of explaining the science in general.
It probably won’t be redesigned sadly, its stamina is already so godly that having more defense makes sense
@eslin2845 Yeah, optimising one stat to the exclusion of all others isn't really useful in the real world. There'd be no reason to do it beyond proving you can.
I would have loved to see some kind of centrifugal fan design that doesn't just direct air down but out as well, giving it a horizontal stabilizing component. Like, it comes it at 45° and is expelled at 315°, maybe tweak the angle to optimize for stability depending on the leverage of the metal blade vs torque from spin.
Maybe if it had dimples like a golf ball...
1) I don't think so, the weight is less optimally distributed but it's still more weight, giving it a better moment of inertia.
2) pushing the air away from the blade is useless, it will just be energy wasted moving air around. the best design would we with no fan action at all nor holes in the beyblade, just a smooth surface to minimise friction.
The Jet is an average shonen op protagonist casually aura farming.
make a balance type that is dual spin and rubber, so you can have it use the rubber to attack, absorb attacks, or steal spin like spriggan requiem

A project like this does make me wonder how these beys would do with some handicaps to make them more accurate to actual releases, like limiting them to around 40 grams for the blade and making the assist blades plastic.

A question from someone who only has superficial knowledge of Beyblade, and none of the competitive aspect: Why would anyone ever NOT go for the maximum permissible weight? More mass equals more momentum after all, which means your Bey would not only spin longer, but also hit harder and be harder to be moved.
If we talking about Burst Era, the more weight in forge disc the more impact force it has, yes, but the more easy is to be bursted

I think that making custom beys is such a cool concept, but there should be weight restrictions, so that people can get creative with how they use that limited weight. I think there's a lot of potential for competition here.

It managed to get some crazy speed by grinding the edge of the area and then getting launched into the center by the lip at the top. There were also several times when The Nuke hit the opponent and it just _disappear_ for a frame before reappearing on the complete opposite side of the arena (or in a pocket) the next. I don't know how large the area was, but that was able to be covered in under one 25th of a second considering the video's framerate.
It's not the most overpowered, but it _is_ the most _terrifying._

Actually, I LOVE the idea of a Balance-type that isn't really Balanced on the field, but can swap it's playstyle based on its spin direction. May I request a challenge for you? A Balance-type Beyblade, that when spun in one direction is a top tier Attack Type, while spun in the opposite direction becomes a top tier Defense Type. No gear altering or swapping, litterally just spinning it in a different direction changes it's type between Attack-type or Defense-type.

this was fun to watch and your beys did exactly as intended, the stamina one ate up all the others and took 6 took finally end it. The defense bey soaked up all that damage and the impact completly drained the life of the first 3 beys before its stamina gave out and finally that monster of an attack type basically dran buster MAX did what you expect it just destroyed everything till its stamina gave out well in this case it burst probably because it couldn't handle its own power

For a "perfect versatility" blade, you can easlily design protrutions for a dual spin blade that is hard hitting while right spinning and defensive when left. (Just like it can be single big hit on right spin and multi hit/spin stealer on left spin) Or, it can be "indipendently versatile" switching randomly between a defensive circle and a big attack protrution with a Galeon/Galman inspired design. 😊

This is the exact model of how defense beys must be like those was shown in the anime. It reflected and countered every attacks but wasn't that against stamina type. and balance types has something secret I think those are hard to figure to make one ourself😅. But awesome video though, maybe add some slow mo and instant replays.

Balance type is actually scientifically correct,In beyblade burst or so. They described balance types as the weakest among the 3 types since it the attack defense and stamina is balanced out and the power is devided

I never really got into beyblades. But this is a lot fknin cooler than I realized!
The design are very cool, will try tank and jet for sure as the metal part is 30g and with the plastic its going to be in line with beyblade x weights (under 40g), while the design for nuke is very good its just op because is way too heavy compared to the rest, a 50g blade its going destroy any beyx even if has a mid design.
I love that you used the Master Draciel design in the ultimate defense blade!

I’ve got to say, the Beys you designed are incredible. The names you gave them-Nuke, Jet, Tank, and Mech-fit perfectly since they’re inspired by real warfare themes.
For my own take, I imagined naming their base layers within three Beyblade X lineups: Custom Line (CX), Unique Line (UX), and Basic Line (BX). Here are my drafts:
- Nuke -> “NukeBash 9-60 LR” (「ニュークバッシュ9-60LR」)
Known as "The Nuke", NukeBash is a UX Bey with way more inertia than most Beyblade X models. It’s tough to collide with and feels like a real tank on the battlefield.
- Jet -> “JetSoar Fl4-50 LO” (「ジェットソFlアー4-50LR」)
JetSoar is an awesome CX Bey with less endurance than WizardRod, but it has the Assist Blade “Flow”/「フロウ」to stabilize its spin. In thumbnails it looks like it spins forever, but realistically it can last about 2 minutes (or more with strong launches) as it fans across the BeyStadium like an up-force effect.
- Tank -> “TankKhaos BlM-85 H” (「タンクカオスBlM−85H」)
TankKhaos is a dual-spin Defense-type CX Bey. Its Assist Blade “Blasting”/「ブラスティング」uses a triangular design with rounded spikes to reflect attacks and blow opponents back on collision.
- Mech -> “MechRebound Cr4-55 P” (「メックリバウンドCr4-55P」)
MechRebound is a Balance-type CX Bey inspired by sci-fi mechs. With the Assist Blade “Crush”/「クラッシュ」, it has two sides-“Counter Mode” (free-spinning) and “Slash Mode” (power mode)-giving it versatile strategies in battle.
Honestly, these Beys are insanely well done. The 3D prints look amazing, and if you use them wisely, they’re guaranteed to make battles exciting. Definitely worth checking out-just hit the links in the description and see for yourself!
