Great tutorial as always. One more step I recommend is to change the visibility of the 3D mesh so that it does not show in plans and elevations. There is a lot of geometry that is hidden by the masking region that you created but is still part of the plan or elevation. Making it not visible completely removes that geometry from the view and makes it easier on your video card to display what remains.
Great vídeo. Balkan, how can we put a decal on cars, following the dar geometry? Also, how can we put a decal on something irregular with no flat surface?
in civil point of view, geometry is only for reference for the design area of your plot or parking space. .you don't have to do anything about its geometrical pattern as it will appear realistic picture once you've rendered it unless you have plenty of time.. just sharing.. other than that its a good to know how it can be edited,. good job!

Good tip, thanks!
You can bring a car 2d dwg with solid hatch into revit and add it up to the 3d family in revit.. For easier way
Then you won't get the shadow of the car visible so it looks strange if you have shadows on in your layouts sections and elevations (which I do)
You the best man
how to design this? or can I get a template?
Can you get rid of the pay mes lines in the 3D view? Just want to see the main edge lines only.

I just signed up for Patron looking for the car family. I don't see it. Where can I get it?
