Cheat Scotch Eggs

Today I try making Scotch Eggs cheating as much as possible.
Ingredients (2/4 Scotch Eggs):
3/5 Eggs
170g/340g Sausage Meat
25g/50g Apple and Onion Stuffing Mix
1 teaspoon (Dried or Fresh) sage
1 teaspoon (Dried or Fresh) thyme
1 teaspoon (Dried or Fresh) Parsley
50g/100g Flour
50g/100g Breadcrums
Totally won't give you food poisoning (Unless you undercook the egg)
Filmed in the correct orientation!
I totally liked the end product!
Only takes 7 cups to make!
