I'd recommend getting him a small cozy little cave-like sleeping pod so he can hide and feel safe while sleeping. Rabbits are natural prey animals and love to hide in small dark places like holes in nature. Just a suggestion! He is so adorable 🐇✨️
He has a hidey house but he doesn’t sleep there. He prefers to sleep under his bed or anywhere else in the house 🤷🏾♀️
Another way to deter the chewing is to spray the item with vinegar. My bunny wanted to chew the door frame and I just spritz it with vinegar one time and he hasn’t bothered it since. I’ve also done your idea of giving him a piece of cardboard to chew. The vet said it’s fine for them to chew clean cardboard and also small twigs. Your bunny is too cute.
