My Honest Opinion is Assassination Classroom would win cause the second you show them what quirk they have. They can analyze cause their used to people doing trick shots and kill them.
Who do you think is the stronger group? Honestly I think there both equal, ish.

I kinda thought that the assassination classroom kids would've one. Cause they wouldn't exactly hesitate to kill as they are trained. But true, the quirks are pretty neat for the my hero academia.
Honestly I think the Assassination class group would win while both groups are still learning their field there is thing we can say about AssClass and that’s they try to go in after analysis for Nagusa he could pretty much walk into one of the hero’s defense and strike without them realizing he was there and then the second hero he faced he would switch up oping to use his signature move which the hero’s would be surprised by and that invisible girl all they have to do is distract her by making her visible and while she’s trying to hide attacking and let’s face it some of the kids in AssClass are quite terrifying when they need to be

I wish they actually did make an episode where the two groups had to play paintball from assassination classroom. It would be so wicked.
Their reaction to Nagisa take down is always priceless to me as they never expect him to be so natural good at it I mean even Karasuma couldn’t believe it and he was expecting him to do something but even he says “he did it better then I expected” and from a professional that’s praise worthy and terrifying
Also the fact that he asked “was I supposed to use the other side?” Is just really terrifying

Not just that. Karma let nagisa win because that was the first time he had seen nagisa so determined to win at something. He figured out that nagisa didn’t decide to try and save koro sensei on a whim

MHA(My Hero Academia) vs AC (Assassination Classroom)
Here's my argument on why AC would win.
They took down Koro-sensai, a being capable of living in spaces conditions (no oxygen, below freezing) without any special equipment. MC 20 speed. Regeneration in seconds.
These kids are outcasts and already know how to weave the system before their training.
MHA doesn't have much training in hand to hand combat as there isn't much of need to especially with their quirks.
AC have training in Hand-to-hand, guns, knives, explosives, quirk like abilities(Koro-sensai).
MHA get caught and busted a lot.
Being Assassins and outcasts, AC has the ability to lie, weave, and erase their way out of just about everything IF they ever get caught.
Other then Midorya, not a single MHA character studies their enemy.
AC are trained to understand their target before hand, and get to understand them better during. Once they find out MHA kids fighting styles, quirks abilities, personal and quirks weaknesses, it's game over for MHA kids and adults.
MHA kids were trained to take down people just like them/people skilled in using quirks, just evil.
AC kids were trained to take down people bigger then them.
Some quirks that involve removing or using quirks are disqualified for the soul fact AC kids don't have quirks.
Aizawa, Nageito, Yakuza dudes daughter, they're immediately disqualified. (Kids don't have quirks.)
Shinzo, Midnight are immediately disqualified. (Kids don't fall in temptation to breath the fumes or talk, besides it isn't their first rodeo with toxic gases)
