@@GiveMeLemons I do love it with passionfruit and kiwi but the kids don't like that tartness so I serve that on the side and go with strawberries most of the time, sometimes mango if there are nice ones in season. So many options. You are reminding me of summer now!
The Spaghetti Eis got you the first 80% but the Knife finished the job. I started my Channel a few months ago. If you ever want to do a fun food challenge Video let me know. I am German-born and raised with a Middle Eastern background who moved to the US (So Anny 180). It would be cool to see how differently we would treat the same ingredients.
Hi Kitty! You can certainly use a hand-held mixer. It might even be a fun activity for the kids, to patiently put one spoonful of sugar in at a time. 😊As mentioned in the video, just take the time the meringue needs when adding the sugar and drying it in the oven, then you'll be golden. Figure if we are going to make something for our moms, it's gotta be something that requires lots of attention, patience and a bit of love. I am sure your momma would have love them!
