This was so well put together, and sincere! He has always impressed me as being who he says he is, and always doing his best! If ever there was a guy who never quit, and always gave his all, It's Dwayne. You who made the video, did a good job of putting him in a good light, which I'm sure he worked hard to be in. People in the course of life do tend to beat the shit out of you, and you just have to take it, and get up to do it again. Like he said, back to the wall!
This was truly a very most positive film about a very important subject matter. Self preservation, and making it! Without stepping on people. Kudos to all concerned. I'm 72, & ready to get back in the gym when I left 5 years ago as a competitive powerlifter (with a broken back) to go sit in hospitals and watch my mother die. You can't be a trained athlete and just quit after ten years, but that's what I did! I AM paying for it like you wouldn't believe, but I have to go back. I am dying while alive, and I just can't do that anymore!
Thank you to all concerned for giving me that kick in the groin to just go and do it! God bless!

My wife is very accomplished at what she is doing and actually is about to spread her wings even further. And stop working for a boss but entirely on her own opening a new shop, i have never been in a better spot than i am now. I love motivational speeches that simplify success as equal to hard work. There is absolutely no guarantee that working hard and doing everything right will result in success. None. Even some of the most successful people on the planet just got lucky. The single most important factor in the determination of success is choosing the path that you are built for. The passion to do a thing outweighs flogging yourself through a process that means only money. There is no recipe. Anyone else in Dwayne Johnson's shoes could have followed his exact steps and ended up someplace entirely different. He keeps saying, "This is what worked for me," because he recognizes this fact.

I'm right there with you bro. I'm up at 4 am too workin my ass off before work, I hit it again at break time instead of eating lunch, then again at the end of the work day and once more when I get home. I love the 4 am mentality. It took me so long to finally drag my ass outta bed that early but on my 38th birthday this year I finally did it. I'm Killin it. I'm in the best shape I've ever been in and I'm working harder and harder every week. I got goals to achieve and I'm on my way.

That was truly inspiring. I came from a small border town with Canada in mid 90's oxy contin central, calais maine. Went from high honors student to dropping out in 11th grade...struggled even after becoming sober. Got okay job. Wife, 4 kids and in February 2022 had abscess in colin and went into hospital for two weeks. Lost 12inches of intestine and almost died. All I could think was "why me." Why does my luck suck and why does everything seem to be against me.
I decided then " no!" I won't go this way. My kids ,wife, family depend on me. I stopped whining and fought through the pain(which was excruciating) and said I am not done. I am better than this. At 40 it is a hard pill to swallow that you aren't who you are meant to be. That you wake up and realize you were meant to do more. I lost alot of time. I have aggressive crohns, depression, but now I know! I am changing. I'm getting healthy. Always learning! Pushing my body and mind to improve day by day. I want to be more than I am now ,and will be. I am lucky that my chronic disease isn't as bad as some others. And they still get up and work. So will I. I am strong, resilient, and have the will to push through. I won't let my limitations define me. I will overcome. So will you and honestly am blessed that I woke up at 40. God bless you all and one day I hope to watch one of your videos to keep me inspired. We are all capable and worthy.

Every year, for the past 7 years, I have told myself on January 1st, "I will get in shape this year"...
I've only gained weight since then. I'm 100lbs overweight. I told myself the same thing this year. I'm scared I'm going to let myself do the same thing over again... I don't know how to stay motivated, and just push through. But I *WILL* do my best. I can't give up...not again.

Dwayne Johnson, you don't know how much I needed this. You have been my idol since WWF smack down to your first role in the scorpion king to now.. It is not because of your success that makes me look up to you, It's your trials and tribulations you had to endure and the way you handled it all. You being the person you have always been inspired me and I wish I could tell you that. You're my hero man and you always will be.
