I love visiting Florida between February and April when the weather in New England (where I live) is cold and miserable (like old England) and the weather in Florida is warm and sunny. I was just in Florida in February for the Daytona 500 and it was such a blast. You should definitely take your son to it when he gets older. You both would love it.

I could be wrong but I think you might have the noise isolation mic mode on with your AirPods which can be great but it can also make the audio sound a bit dodgy at times might be worth looking into! So happy the travel vlogs are back ❤

I have a new Trippel Threat Challenge for you Tom. How you wanna do this is up to you. If you wanna do set amount pr rep or if you wanna do it Time based. I recommend Time based with 45 Sec-1 Min activity and 10-15 Sec rest and then do 3 full sets in quick succession. 1. Switching Mountain Climbers 2. Raising high knees 3. Burpees I recommend 45 Seconds activity/Exercise, then 10-15 seconds break, then go straight into next exercise, then 10-15 sec break and next exercise all the way until you have done it 3 times each exercise. If 45 Seconds is not challenging enough, you can always increase the duration. Most important thing is to never stop, try and maintain solid pace and speed throughout the entire thing! If you wanna ask your PT about this as a potential thing feel free to do so! This is called High Intensity Interval Training and is AMAZING for burning Fat and also after burn effect that will burn fat up to 2 days after you do it. So imagine the effect it will have each day! Solid fatburn, solid metabolism work
