Two movies done many years ago "Escape From NY" and "Escape from LA" is what these two cities will look like one day under Demoncrat rule

  • @therealtashiro

If they don't rid the cities of crime, drugs and the homeless, people will fight against returning to the office!

  • @SaratogaontheAT

At the very moment the economy is heading into a depression. Unemployment is about to soar, violent crime is on the rise and Mayor Adam's just stated he is going to layoff 4,000 police officers. This guy is smoking "Hopeiam" in hopes of cashing out so he himself can flee NYC.

As a retired engineer young people have been showing up thinking they know more than everyone else for quite a few years.

Meanwhile, at least one very prominent hedge fund owner predicts Miami will eventually replace New York City as the nation's financial center. What will Bruce Mosler do then if this comes to pass?

  • @ivanfairweather6049

If the price is right people will return. Our company had to return a street level commercial space as covid ended. The owners wanted to escalate rent dramatically for a five-year lease. No thanks.

  • @Something2ShowYou

taking advice about the need for office space from a man who's lively hood depends on renting said office space is like a dentist telling you that brushing your teeth is a bad habit.. something just might be in it for him

  • @jimfesta8981

That's right lets get everyone back in the office so management can threaten them with being written up for returning from lunch five minutes late.

  • @jordanbutterfield1180

Propaganda and wishful thinking won’t turn around the CRE market.

  • @user-iw1bm2gj5d

Big cities are decaying and the rich will leave and property values are on a downward fall and they won’t recover.

  • @user-mt7bc8og6d

He will be surprised when his prediction falls short.

  • @joangratzer2101

THE CESSPIT CAPITAL OF THE WORLD; ERIC ADAMS; A MAN WITH A 3RD GRADE EDUCATION IS THE MAYOR!!!

  • @tcherry4450

New York City is toast this man from Cushman is basically talking propaganda to pump his own business.

  • @Anthony-dj4nd

    Guest contradicting each other😅

  • @lawrenceallen8096

Could the discrepancy between the restauranteur and the real estate guy be that, while people are coming into the office, inflation and high prices are forcing them to pass going out to eat?

  • @LReno-di9cm

Its over for NYC. You youngers dont want to work 9 to 5

    What’s the update here

  • @cdf2024

This guy is 100% wrong. I was looking at 10,000 sq ft office space and now I want half due to costs and I don’t want to lease. I want to own it otherwise have someone else pay for it.

  • @ntheobsn

Nope, try again old man! You want us to come back to Manhattan to spend money on restaurants etc. antiquated approach.

  • @carolinel2530

This guy is part of the problem.
