If I was eccentricly rich, I would absolutely love to have something like that in my kitchen.

Great video sir. Love the English accent, too. I wish l could find a classic Coke machine from the 50's or 60's. I love ALL things, classic, from the 50's and 60's, myself. I, being born in 1958, grew up with these classic drink machines. Thank you for highlighting these wonderful artifacts from our past, sir.

I love these vintage Coca Cola Vendo machines. How much would one of these in this condition sell for?

What model would you recommend for a lover of Mexican Coca Cola; the 12 oz (355ml) glass bottles?
I really want to get one for my rec room.

Crimson Vulpes You and me both, brother! I would really love to find a machine that would vend the 12 oz. bottles from El Salvador, Honduras...these are even smoother than the excellent Heche en Mexico Coke and the bottles are made with thicker glass. There is still a lot of the green glass bottles, especially the Honduran and Nicaraguan Coke. There is something magical drinking from a bottle, the "COCA-COLA" sometimes faded, a testament to the wisdom of glass as it applies to our environment, not to mention TASTE...and it's so much COLDER in glass bottles.
Whoever came up with Coke in plastic...well, you know.
Sorry to ramble. I can't get enough of these vintage Coke machine vids...In my near 60 years on this planet I've plunked down my 10, then 15, then (gasp) a QUARTER, then (DOUBLE GASP) 50 CENTS!!
      LOL!!
However, I recall when the cans started in machines...the ones you could not crush, with the weld on the side. They had a nice flavor. Oh well...take care, Be Well!! Hope you get your machine!!

Do you know where I can see a double sided machine that had 5 cents on one side and 10 cents on the other side?

The "9" in the serial number does not designate 1949. These machines had sequential serial numbers starting with 1001 according to Steve Ebner and Jeff Wright in their book Vintage Coca-Cola Machines. Serial numbers 1001 through 13703 were produced in 1949, so you machine is a 1949 but not because it starts with "9". I also have a 1949 machine and its serial number is FA2301, so it's older than your machine. You didn't show the back of your machine, but an interesting feature of the real early Vendo 39s was that they had two posts coming out of the back to prevent you from placing the machine too close to the wall and cutting off air flow. In later years, the machines came with a housing attached to the back of the machine in the condenser area for the same purpose. Note that these early Vendo 39s do not have a fan in the compressor area to cool the coils so it's especially important to have access to fresh air. My compressor had a tag on it that said "Nash/Kelvinator".

Sadly we can't really recommend any services given we're a UK based company and don't know any restorers in the Vegas area, although I suspect there will be a number of enthusiasts who may be able to help you!

You would probably need to check to see if the included coin-mechanism is capable of being adjusted. If not, then it would be a matter of sourcing a compatible coin mech that could.

I wish I could have this but I can't afford one so I bought a vintage metal cabinet and I am lining the outside of it with red metallic contact paper and about a Coca-Cola sticker to go across the front and I'm going to get a fake door that looks like there are Coca-Cola bottles behind it. The cabinet will look like a Coca-Cola machine but it will hold all of my food also
