Exchange with Saturn in D9 doesnt matter much. But this is a bit problem some for career as it shows that superiors are not appreciative enough and hence the deserved growth doesnt come to you. Venus's placement becomes very important in this situation.

Hi, could you please explain something? I’ve got Capricorn asc in D1 and Cancer asc in D9. My Jupiter is placed in its own Nakshatra Purva Bhadrapada 1st Pada in D1 and is aspected by Ketu from Libra, and I’ve Sun Rahu in Ashwini in Aries for Rashi aspects. In D9, my Jupiter is in the 10th house in Ashwini Nakshatra aspected by Mars from the 3rd house and I have Moon, Saturn and Ketu in Scorpio as well as Venus in Aquarius in D9. Jupiter is also my AK as per the 7 planets system.

Retrogression is predominantly seen in the D1 chart. It means that a constant upgrading your learning your qualifications or competence will be helpful. When one stops learning then earning slows down.
