SMART goals: Specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, time-based
Write on a sheet of paper all the steps to get there
Each step how much time/regularity it requires and what priority it has
2 - PLAN THIS OBJECTIVE OVER TIME
1 Calendar for 6 months and you put everything in
Gather everything in the bullet journal
