I think when some programmer wanted to "test Volvagia", he got creative and programmed in the whole shebang just because it would be fun.
No, pretty sure they're referring to the textures that show up at certain parts of the video (I really only noticed it at 8:31, but it could have happened at other times too)....they're not normal "N64 pixelated graphics". They remind me of more modern pixel-like games, similar to minecraft. I wonder what caused that?
