He mentioned you get paid in America when you go to college. Sweety, you do not get paid for going to school. You take out loans which you will pay in future. When there is a left over you use it for personal. And also unemployment you can not just quit your job and be like oh I don't work give me money. You must be fired at work with no fault or lose the job at no fault to receive it. The unemployment is your own money which they deduct it from your paycheck. If you never work you cannot get unemployment, who's money are they going to give it to you? there is process you need to take before you get it.
