Cristina Hernandez! hands down the best. I may be a little biased because I grew up listening to her but the Latin American Spanish version is the best :) I also liked the Korean, Brazilian Portuguese versions. aside from the original, these are the best, in my opinion.

there are actually 2 English dubs. there is an uncut dub which got freed from obscurity. the voices aren't very good compared to the Nelvana dub. the newly made soundtrack from that isn't bad ether. it's pretty good as the Japanese soundtrack. it actually fits the tone of the series as well if you actually give it a chance.

Lo mejor para mi es que a pesar de haber nacido en EE.UU pude ver los doblajes latinos de anime cada vez que iba de visita al país de mis padres y no era necesario verlos con subtítulos. Lo mejor de todo es que en esos tiempos doblaban sin editar o censurar los programas. Para mi era una tremenda diferencia entre el doblaje en inglés comparado al español. Cuantos recuerdos me traen.

There was an alternative English dub that was uncut and made by Omni Productions that aired on Animax in Southeast Asia. Andrea Kwan voiced Sakura in that dub. The name of the actress who voiced Sakura in the Thai dub was Sansanee Wattananukul and Katerina Girgis voiced Sakura in the Greek dub. Also, regarding the Cantonese Chinese one (done in Hong Kong), there were actually three Cantonese Chinese dubs made. The voice actresses for Sakura were Lin Yuanchun for the TVB version, Chenqin Yun for the Animax version and Liuhui Yun for the VCD/DVD releases. Lastly for Russia, the original Japanese audio can still be heard, but just with a Russian voice-over. And also, if there's a Hindi one found, I know in that dub, Sakura was voiced by Meena Menon.
