This song is from the Movie The Student Prince. A beautiful movie. The original singer was Mario Lanza, who dubbed it for the person in the movie. No one has come close to him tell now. This tenor and Amira are fantastic. This was recorded for her streaming concert (a.k.a. the audience was on line). Now available on DVD and USB. I saw them when aired and now the two formats. Nice reaction to this beautiful young lady. But, I understand she is dealing with her tonsils and covid 19. So, lets pray for recovery

Forgot to mention…. Seeing you love Opera/ large orchestral musical settings, try Amira singing Nessun Dorma at the age of 13 in the live concert performance. This young lady is just something else , isn’t she?
Note that apart from perfect pitch, that she sings in her top register without any effort & is never out of breath.
The poor lass has both Covid 19 & tonsillitis at present, & I speak on behalf of her “ millions “ of fans worldwide in wishing her a speedy & total recovery, not only for her personally, but our world cannot function normally without our Angel singing & spreading goodwill & love to us all.

I still like watching your first review of Amira singing Ava Maria, I knew then you were in for the surprise of your life and you have done well reviewing and reacting to a lot of her songs, but you still have missed, "In the Stars", a song written for her grandmother who died during the Holland's Got Talent contest. Spiritually, it is t the top of the list.

Another beautiful performance with a stunning contrast between the male chorus, the lovely string ensemble and Amiras' beautiful voice. One of the best renditions of this classical piece of music.
Another great recommendation for a reaction is the performance of " The Flower Duet" with Amira and Corlea from 2017. Easy to find on you tube one the most beautiful of the very well known opera arias.
When the male singer at arts, you'd wonder how a soprano can harmonise, but Amira's dies it perfectly.

Unfortunately she's not (yet?) as famous as she deserves...
@@mauijttewaal While she is a very professional and mature person and performer, Amira is still very young with full-time school, and many other interests outside of her singing career. There's no need for her to push herself faster at her age when her voice is still maturing. She's years ahead to develop her career, time now to enjoy her teenage years.. You only live them once!

Not nearly as good as Emanne Beasha!
Emanne only has good runs and smooth transitions up and down and a few pretty notes. Other than that she's unmusical with a lot of harsh singing. All other Jackie, Charlotte Church, Patricia, Solomia, Amira just are another level.
