It's beyond idiotic to suggest that Cutler is the reason why the offensive coordinators for chicago were let go. Ron Turner left and was fired from a small school in florida. Mike Tice was never a coordinator before or after the bears and i dare anyone try to defend his talents as an offensive coordinator. Mark Trestman was fired before his 2nd season with Baltimore and refused to run the ball. Gase and Martz were the only competent coordinators and neither left because of Cutler. Martz even acknolwedged that he made mistakes with the offense and that there wasnt any talent there while he was the coordinator. Smith predicted a 0-3 game streak only for them to win 2 out of 3 and beat the packers in one of those. The loss to denver could be chalked up to the defense giving up one too many big plays, otherwise they would have gone 3-0. Im no fan of Bayless by any means but if Smith is going to criticize him for being emotional, he should probably take his own advice.
