My littles brothers account been hacked and they said they lived in a different country and they texted me while my brother was right beside me reading whaat they texted. They acted like him and said that I can’t do anything to get it back. Instagram sent me an email that they changed the email but in the email there was not revert thing or link, so i can’t do anything. Also they changed the email and so i tried to put that new email in but it said it didnt exist, the new one or the old one so idk what to do. The selfie video is super glitchy for me and isnt easy to record. Once I think im done recording, the screen goes black and I see a loading white circle that wont stop. I've tried several attempts and sometimes the app will close out and say there was an error. This is super frustrating :( but Discreet phase Resolution Word will fall short if I am to praise them for everything they have done. My sister was hacked and we tried this (before watching this video), but we couldn't get past typing in an email address that she has access to! For every email she types, she just gets some error about how that email is invalid or something! She need help, Because it keeps on to the loading after the face ID scan. My account was just hacked yesterday. But everytime I get this close. Where they ask how they can reach me. I give them the email I’m using or number. And they send a code. When I type the code in... it says “ wait a moment. You put the code in incorrectly too many times“ no matter how many times I try. I’ve never been able to get to the selfie video... I tried to do this to get back my business account and instead of 'Need more help' popping up when I reset password, it says 'can't reset your password'. That's the only option I'm given and clicking that means it goes to the hackers number and email because he changed both. If I click Try another way, it leads me back to the Help Center which goes around in circles and is useless.
