2 tsp coriander seeds
1½ tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp black pepper
4-5 red chilli
5-6 cardamom
¼ cup oil
¼ cup butter
¾ cup onion paste
1 kg chicken

Few suggestions:
1. Reduce the quantity of oil and butter considerably, as curd, cream and cashew paste will release substantial amount of fat
2. The texture and taste of chicken reduces if it’s cooked for more than 20 minutes. So, the simmering time can be reduced accordingly.
3. Instead of almonds you can put garlic of the same shape and at the same time in this dish. The taste will increase exponentially
4. To reduce the fat in an already rich dish without compromising on taste put the veggies in the end without tempering, and you will get the same taste and texture due to high fat content
