This place has an awesome view, but small and pricey! In late May, we visited Menton with a close view of the Med with our hotel balcony overlooking a marina. It was a lovely area to visit, but too touristy for living there for me. Thanks Cyril, for showing these many options all around France.
The balcony railing is beautiful and it’s the only one on the that facade. They could have cleaned and painted out there though, and replaced the clothesline.
Oh, it’s perfection but the price sadly is beyond my budget. I would have that tomorrow if I could. I was in Menton in May and it was beautiful. Beautiful. There are rare places that I feel comfortable and almost at home and Menton was right there. Lovely. There are cheaper apartments but not with that view and location. I’m buying a lottery ticket. Wish me luck because I would happily have that property. Oh, if you need a car there, a little car is probably best. Little roads, tight parking etc.

It’s already under contract. The only thing this place has got going for its self is that view, that beautiful balcony that no one else has and €600 a year coop fees. These guys are flipping it they bought in ‘21/‘22 and it’s not that great of a job. Where’s the fridge? It does have parking €70m 1000’ down the road.
