Hi ! I have a red honda recon and i tried the heat gun and it doesnt work. Is it possible when it is too much faded it doesnt work?

Doing the heat gun or torch method then followed by some linseed oil wiped over it, wouldn't that work best?
Yeah that also works good it still looks good though
How much time this method last? Can it do more damage to the plastics afterwards?

What size heat gun? Does it matter
Any kind should work! I got mine from harbor freight
Would a hair dryer work too?
It would take forever
if you are trying to sell it to the unsuspecting, yes, if you plan to keep it no, all the plastic will crack in the winter
Mine is faded much worse than this a light pink color can barely tell that used to be red I hope this works
