my gut feeling Juan Soto ends up with the mets when you think about it they have a billionaire owner and they have the appeal coming off a NLCS appearance. and they have talent plus they have a MVP candidate. the Yankees if i were them i would spread the money around and address the holes on your roster. you were pretty good without Soto and sure Soto played a big part in reaching the WS but him alone was not enough to win a title. you still have holes in the infield and rotation especially the bullpen i would shop Cortes and go after free agents.
