Now a Historical Site in Mississippi, it is in disrepair and the mission of Lesley Pilling…. Founder & Director, and the foundation, to explore all opportunities to protect and preserve the elements at the Circle G Ranch connected to Elvis’ tenure at the property and to continue his charitable and humanitarian legacy - his Circle G Ranch acting as our inspirational beacon.

Funds will be used to further commemorate and celebrate Elvis’ time at the ranch and if the future of the ranch is secured we hope to be involved in that as well. Any funds not spent are donated to charity once a year in Elvis’ name.

"I started The Circle G Foundation back in August 2010 when I first visited the ranch and made a promise to myself and Elvis to do what I could to save it and commemorate his time there. Support from around the world grew very quickly and before long we had representation on every continent and messages from many who knew Elvis and understood what the ranch meant to him.
In 2014 we were thrilled when a group of people bought the ranch and for a while we thought our dreams had come true and that they would repair, protect and preserve it. For reasons too complicated to go in to here this has not happened….yet but The Circle G Foundation will never give up hope nor our efforts to make that happen.
On Sept 8 last year (the best 60th birthday gift I could ever have dreamt of) we erected a Mississippi State Historic Marker at Elvis’ Circle G ranch, accomplished with the support of fans from around the world with a group of fans from Denmark making the majority contribution. This is the first Ms State Marker funded internationally, very apt for Elvis"

Rick I loved your intro, the far side cartoon, the thunder sounds etc.. and your wife's cameo. Such fun. I too think all of the Vegas Elvis stuff is tacky and have avoided ETA's for many of the reasons you discuss here. And like you have found a in resent years a couple of ETA's that do a decent job of emulating Elvis from a place of love and respect. I appreciate you sharing Emilio with us. ⚡TCB/TLC ❤🧡

I have seem Emilio do his show in the UK. I have been at Elvis fan for nearly 60 years. This young man was unbelievable with his backing band.
His moves his voice and even his costumes are complete replicas.
I cannot stress how good Emilio is. I agree completely. He does early Elvis upto 69 special which they reproduced beautifully....go see him!!

Hi Rick, I am so pleased that you gave Emilio a good review. I first saw him on the America's Got Talent when it went viral all over the world - even in Australia! and I was blown away. He came to Australia last year in April for a three day Elvis festival in Melbourne. My friend and I only had tickets for Friday night, and Emilio was absolutely sensational. I had to see him again, so I went again on Sunday and was lucky enough to get a ticket for the show. All three ETAs that weekend were good, but the other two have been around for years and did the jumpsuit thing, which as you say, rarely looks good especially on 50 year old guys, even if their voice is good. But Emilio came out in black pants and gold jacket....and later on took the jacket off and was Elvis all over again singing Return to Sender! I was able to speak to all three artists after the show, and show them the photos I took of Elvis when I saw him in San Francisco in 1976. They loved this, as of course none of them were old enough to have seen Elvis in person, but Emilio was particularly fascinated. He kept me there for longer than the others, asking questions, and talking about Elvis. He was tickled pink when I said he was the closest version of Elvis that I've ever seen
He’s not bad Rick. I’ve been singing like Elvis since I was 8, that’s a lot of years & sang where people couldn’t believe it was me singing because I sounded so like Elvis & have many stories re that. But the same, No! One Elvis, one Unique Voice. The reason I’ve never done it large is because if I can’t sound exactly like him then I wouldn’t personally do it. This Jailhouse Rock is sung in a lower key to the original & no comparison. Id want to see/hear the same Elvis voice for me to be enthralled..harsh 😊 but just my opinion. It’s just because standards have to be so high when it comes to Elvis. I’ll have to record & send you one of mine if I dare..great video buddy x
Thanks Paul, I really appreciate your comments. YES! Elvis is one unique voice, and only one Elvis. I did realize Jailhouse Rock was in a lower key... Most people will never notice that, but with our trained ears, we do. I think that hurts us at times when it comes to being objective. It does me!! What i really was impressed with Emilio, and was the main objective of the video was how respectful he is to the legacy. Too many ETA's, IMHO, have no respect. Its a job to them. or with some maybe a loss of reality..Once again IMHO I know that is harsh. My feeling is if you cant wear the clothes that show respect( no pudgy, fat, hairy etc etc). Sideburns that don't look like the untrimmed hedges along my front drive then stop. If you can't sing in key (stop) and if you have to yell the power notes ( i find 90% yell) then stop. You better have good moves, no overdoing it! And most of all, when you get off the stage. Stop being Elvis...I can go on. Emilio is not pretentious and he presents a great image for me where I forget my dislikes on ETAs, in his presentation And I think he adds, with probably a few others that I have yet to see or hear, an opportunity to get a sense of seeing the man himself live. I think that is where it hurts me too. As you said, one Elvis, so after having seen Elvis I am probably more critical to the showmanship of the ETAs. Yeah, Rick, I would have to agree, Emilio is pretty good. Maybe I'll see him one day at the Arizona ELVIS Festival? He's very talented and has got the voice down pretty dang well!💜⚡️

@ElvisAZ hey Rick. I double checked on who's coming in September. He's not here this year, but I would love to see him. I have been watching a bunch of his videos ever since you posted about him. He's really very good. I think I will be posting more good videos of the Arizona ELVIS Festival after the 3 day event in September.
