Lol you poor soul. I'm sorry to hear you haven't seen any. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I've heard rumors that Vivid Voltage has stopped being printed. The reasoning is because the Pokemon company is diverting their printing to print Shining Fates. So if you haven't managed to get any I would search high and low now or order online cause their gonna get even harder to find soon.
