A kilo of chicken wings? I can see the look I'll get from my butcher. But it looks as if it's worth the effort. Is that the stuff you can add gelatine to make vegetables or a seafood jelly for slicing? Is it then called aspic?

It depends on the recipe.. I'm a big fan of a good lime wash for a Jerk chicken 🙌🏼
